Singapore has some of the world’s best street food, and today we’re not only eating 10 of the best Singapore street foods, but we’re going to be ranking them! Disclaimer: I would like to emphasize that the ranking is about the dish, rather than the restaurant, and all 10 of the dishes featured are some of the best in Singapore that you have to try. Kaya Toast at Ah Seng (Hai Nam) Coffee (https://maps.app.goo.gl/w3nrAGijrxW5m...) - We’re starting things off with kaya toast, the most iconic Singaporean breakfast. Price - $5.20 SGD for everything Chicken Rice at Tiong Bahru Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice (https://maps.app.goo.gl/HaxUzgFBVeyVF...) - Probably the most famous of all Singapore street food dishes in chicken rice, and I headed to Tiong Bahru to try it. Price - $4.80 SGD Char Kway Teow at Meng Kee Fried Kway Teow (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ioTmt6e7STtWs...) - Singaporeans are extremely passionate about char kway teow, and I went to Havelock Road Cooked Food Centre to try a local version. Price - $5 SGD Bak Chor Mee at No. 25 Minced Meat Noodle (https://maps.app.goo.gl/yhCkunKBwKpMS...) - Known as BCM, bak chor mee is a favorite Singapore hawker noodle dish. Price - $6.50 SGD Bak Kut Teh at Ya Hua Bak Kut Teh (https://maps.app.goo.gl/aNLx7HWzrNMcT...) - The broth is the best part of bak kut teh, that white pepper makes all the difference. Price - $14.80 for the prime ribs Roti Prata at Jom Makan (https://maps.app.goo.gl/MNBNoTgqNB67a...) - Tucked within the Tekka Centre of Singapore, don’t miss their roti prata and especially their flooded prata.
